Fantastic experience here. Had a seized cog on the back wheel. After researching my options for bicycle repair in Augusta, GA picked these guys. Called them up and Gene the owner said “come on down”. Upon arriving Gene took a look at it and said I have one here lying about and fitted it straight away – very very reasonable price. So impressed with my experience I ordered some new tires and they were fitted the next week. They do get very busy on the weekend from tourists renting bikes but the service is excellent.

I brought my son’s bike in for a quick tune up after another store told me I could drop the bike off and wait a week. We were in and out very quickly, with his bike good to go. I’ve brought bikes here for the last couple years. These guys are top notch – very friendly, honest, prices are reasonable, and the work is good. Plus, the location is great. When it’s time to buy or even rent a bike, we’ll be back!

I was beyond impressed with their customer service. I was just there to see what they offered, and they took a look at my bike and noticed something wrong with my front brakes. When I picked up my bike, I was extremely impressed and noticed a huge difference immediately while riding. Brandon then asked me to leave my son’s bike and fixed it free of charge (he said it needs it and he was looking at my son like he looked at his own, and he said his bike needed repairs and it’s dangerous without it). I will recommend them and only them from now on!
